Imise was established in 2003 by Dr Michael Coyle to help vehicle operators to minimise their costs and environmental impact. This is done by improving fleet and fuel efficiency. Dr Coyle has personally achieved improvements in fuel efficiency ranging from 3% to 40% for vehicle operators. Large operators who whom he has worked have saved in excess of £1,000,000 per annum.

Imise is independent of any intervention supplier and provides the highest possible quality advice relating to interventions aimed at improving fleet and fuel efficiency. Over the years Dr Coyle has presented and published on such matters in North America, UK, Europe and Asia and some of his work has been reproduced in Department for Transport (DfT) publications.
